Elgato has rolled out its EyeTV app for the iPhone and iPod touch which is available on the App Store. What does the EyeTV app do? It allows users to watch live TV and recordings directly on an iPhone, alongside browsing through the detailed program guide. In fact, you can plus use the iPhone to record TV shows back home on a Mac regardless of how far you are away from home sweet home, with the ability to schedule your recordings as well.
