Fake Calls does just as its name implies, and lets your iPhone simulate receiving a phone shout shortly after launching the app. You’ll be able to set the name of the caller as anyone you wish, though getting a shout from “Luke Skywalker” probably will sound a little dubious, but whether it works, thereupon why not?
