NEC Transmission Card for Uncompressed Video up to160 km without Relays

NEC NOIF2500 is a device capable of distant distance transmission of uncompressed high vision video through up to 160 km of optical fiber. NEC NOIF2500 is ideally suited for broadcasters and telecommunications carriers. The NOIF2500 converts digital video signals into optical signals that can be transmitted by distant distances. Since video signals are not compressed with that transmission process, image deterioration is eliminated and high quality video is easily transmitted.

Adoption of an SFP optical transceiver module enables lengthy distance transmission of up to 160 km without relays. Transmission distance and wavelength can be selected in order to meet individual customer needs
