Now that is refreshing – a Windows CE 5.0-powered handheld device which places more emphasis on a gamepad by the traditional keyboard, coming in a clamshell design factor. The Seabright PC430 will feature the following :-

• Optional Wi-Fi connectivity
• GPS navigation
• Webcam
• 4.3″ display

As with any regular gaming controllers, the D-pad is located on the left while the A, B, X and Y buttons are on the right. The Seabright PC430 isn’t just all play though, as it comes with multimedia playback capability, newsletter support, Pocket Microsoft Word and Excel programs, a PDF reader, Skype and MSN. It can only be purchased in bulk from China, so we wouldn’t get our hopes too high up in seeing these hit retail stores in the US.
