Toshiba has begun to ship its new 32nm NAND flash memory that was originally supposed to be out that fall, which is always good news for us consumers as that means we ought to be able to get hold of our own units by July at best. The new 32nm process enables a solitary thin 4GB chip to be stacked with up to eight of them, making way for a 32GB NAND flash memory in a individual package.
