Zypad WR1100

While we’re not even close to achieving teleportation capability, that doesn’t mean we can’t try. The Zypad WR100 certain as heck looks like some sort of high-tech personal computer from the future, but it is actually a ruggedized wrist-worn computer that is powered by a high performance processor, 128MB flash memory and 256MB RAM. You will be able to access a remote host system via integrated wired or wireless interfaces using Linux OS. The case itself is made out of a special fiberglass-reinforced nylon/magnesium alloy, offering maximum durability without letting you feel as though you’re wearing a huge weight on your wrist. Other features include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, a built-in GPS receiver, an electronic compass, a biometric fingerprint sensor and a tilt and dead reckoning system. The display itself is touchscreen capable for obvious reasons – what that misses out on is some sort of video out port so that we can view its contents by a large screen TV.
